IHP aids the architect's AutoCAD and Revit work by supplying Revit families with furniture and equipment. Moreover, IHP can populate the Revit model by creating and maintaining architect-approved F&E work sets. Close coordination with the architect's Revit model manager ensures adherence to the project's guidelines and standards. Before the commencement of construction, IHP collaborates closely with the contractor to ensure they are well informed about the equipment included in the project and any special F&E requirements that may impact their construction schedule or work efforts.
Through this analysis, we establish standards for the optimal timing of specific treatments. The ultimate goal is to formulate an optimal work policy that delineates when actions should be taken to minimize life-cycle costs and enhance overall performance. The culmination of this process involves developing an annual program by applying the established work policy to your assets within the constraints of your budget and other priorities.
Our services encompass the development of customized Operations and Maintenance (O&M) strategies, integration of technology to capture critical data and monitor service performance, provision of comprehensive O&M services through long-term performance-based contracts, implementation of capital rehabilitation programs, and support with decommissioning and replacing assets to ensure ongoing operation and user safety.
This meticulous process yields a set of condition targets that serve as a communication tool for priorities, inform programming decisions, establish a foundation for monitoring progress toward goals, and enhance accountability. Furthermore, we develop comprehensive asset management plans outlining how owners should manage their assets over the next 10 to 20 years. These plans define long-term needs, guide funding levels, and determine work strategies for both new and existing investments.
Adhering to best industry practices, we meticulously verify that installations and their performance characteristics, operating and maintenance documentation, and user training align precisely with the specifications and operational requirements. This rigorous verification process is designed to instill confidence in our clients, ensuring they can readily accept and use the equipment with assurance and peace of mind.
