Scope:

Significant expansion for Southlake is the addition of 100 new in-patient beds, bringing the total to more than 600, and the expansion of acute and post-acute care services, emergency, mental health, and Indigenous care. The site is preparing to become a 2-site hospital: a new state-of-the-art hospital and redevelopment of the current site to a modern ambulatory care centre. The project is taking a DBFM model for the new site and a BF model for the existing site.
