Scope:

New construction in a DBFM model consisting of 5 buildings: Ambulatory and Cancer Care, In-patient Tower, Research and Innovation, and Central Plant. The project includes 280 beds (48 ICU, 15 IMCU), 28 ORs, hybrid and interventional suites, 12-bed bone marrow transplant units, MDR, and a modular multi-person hyperbaric chamber. Drawings are populated via Revit BIM360.
